Delivery/Shipping Day is Every Saturday

We post all orders made from Sunday to Friday on the subsequent Saturday of the same week via PosLaju. PosLaju makes deliveries Monday – Saturday, excluding the first Saturday of every month and local public holidays (Malaysia). 

For the first Saturday of every month, deliveries will be done the following Monday.

COD available in select areas of Selangor, Putrajaya and Kuala Lumpur for RM 5.00

Flat rate of RM 8.00 for all orders (Peninsular Malaysia and East Malaysia)

Tracking of Delivery/Shipping

“In Process” status of your order means that your item is waiting to be shipped. We will email you with an order ID and tracking number once the item is packed and shipped. Kindly check your inbox/ junk/ spam box for the email.

Delivery Duration

Once the item is shipped, delivery is usually within 2-3 business days for Peninsular Malaysia. Delivery for East Malaysia (Sabah and Sarawak) may take up to 5 business days.
